No bones about it: It’s been a year since Liam receive his wish for a puppy and little Brady is beloved.
Named for Liam’s favorite Patriots player, Brady settled in quickly with his new family. He has been a constant companion as Liam continues to move forward after undergoing treatment for Hodgkin’s lymphoma. The teen played on his high school baseball team last spring, and this past summer he worked his first full-time job. With checkups every six months, Liam is healthy and happy and enjoying focusing on school, friends, and of course, Brady.
Now fully grown at 15.5 pounds, Brady is playful, loyal, and loves games of chase. He and Liam play outside a lot, especially fetch with a ball or stick. “Brady has been a joy to have this past year. Everyone takes turns walking him. Not only does he bring such happiness but he keeps us fit since we take him on lots of walks,” says Liam’s dad, Marty. And, Brady was right at Liam's side at home as the pair watched the New England Patriots win the big game in Atlanta this February.
Liam and his family love that for his wish, he chose something that provides them with ongoing joy and new experiences. Brady is a true little champion, helping Liam and his family continue looking pawsitively at the future!
